Breakfast and books and sweet husbands smitten

Brown J Crew packages tied up with strings

Cream colored ponies and crisp rhubarb strudels

Fairy bells and gin wells and wine with noodles

Fun clothes to buy without credit card stings

These are a few of my favorite things

Girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes

Snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes

Cupcakes, ice cream that melt into rings

These are a few of my favorite things

When the cats bite

When the bee stings

When I'm feeling mad

I simply remember my favorite things

And then I don't feel so bad
